This will support the relationship building through an interactive seminar programme and CPD products between NUBS and Schools NE.The focus of the seminar programme is on developing and maintaining a school vision that helps candidates to successfully steer through the day to day pressures of school leadership. It will bring together learning from business, academia and education, and challenge candidates to analyse and question their school's vision, sharpen its focus, and strengthen its impact. Most importantly they will be introduced to practical methods of developing a vision that is fit for purpose - inspirational, functional and central to the day to day to operation of their schools. This project will draw on the experiences of industry and educational leaders and include facilitated sessions.
