Funded by the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, this 12-month research project seeks to explore the deployment, use and further exploitation of the newly-developed e2r (Enquiries to Registration) systems technologies, in the interests of generating useful knowledge for the University to facilitate the ongoing development of e2r and similar University projects. The study is being conducted within the broader academic context of the implementation of new technologies in HE settings and aims to contribute to current debates in this area. The principle investigator is Rob Wilson of the Centre for Social and Business Informatics (SBI) and the main researcher is Paul Richter, a Research Associate employed by SBI.
