Evaluation of the Job Centre Plus e-Procurement Pilot

The project involves the evaluation of an e-procurement system currently being piloted in an number of Job Centre plus in an area in the South of England. The aim of the project is to provide an evaluation and validation during the pilot implementation of a new e-procurement system. In particular the project seeks to identify the benefits, costs and risks of this approach to JobCentre Plus and the impacts on staff and service providers. In addition the research aims to explore to what extent the pilot can inform a wider roll out across the country.
