FAME 2 is a follow on from FAME 1 ODPM National e-Government Project. The second phase of the project is split into two workstreams:

Productisation and Disemmination of the results from the first phase: including the Generic Framework toolset for multi-agency working produced by SBI in partnership with the other members of the team.
Regional development work to produce examples of regional infrastructural services based on the production of a Business Case and Technical Proof of Concept outlined in the Generic Framework to meet the emerging agendas for joining up at regional and national level.

The phase is due to be completed in March 2005 and there are plans for a third phase.
