Background 

 WCL require a management development workshop to support:

• Development of organisational capacity in the issues of partnership working,
• Reflection on the development of strands of work in the area of children with disabilities/complex needs.

Scope of work 

• Orientation - learning about each other - understanding each others approaches (including introduction to the FAME framework),
• Elaboration - critiquing and interpreting a worked example approach (eg.  The Children's Service Directories work),
• Integration - applying the learning to a problem, including reflection and next steps.
