Abstract
Bernardo's research focuses on creating a taxonomy of discrimination based on cases from the European and Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The goal is to create a common vocabulary on the challenging issue of discrimination in international Human Rights Law. By providing a new tool that is clear and accessible and helps both the Courts and plaintiffs to better frame their decisions and claims, better and more consistent outcomes can be achieved.
