NEW: A vision for education and skills at Newcastle University: Education for Life 2030+

Canvas is Newcastle University's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). It is an online learning platform where you can host all of your course content, study materials, and module and programme information. Its selection was the result of a highly collaborative requirement gathering phase with colleagues and students and a rigorous procurement process.

Accessing Canvas

All students and staff can log in to Canvas at canvas.ncl.ac.uk using their normal username and password.

Canvas Baseline

The Newcastle University Canvas Baseline sets out the minimum core requirements expected on all university modules.
