Background

In my role as Content Development Coordinator within the Learning and Teaching Development Service (LTDS), I focus on supporting a variety of education development strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on creating effective digital learning content and experiences. 

As my work impacts the quality of teaching and learning that undergraduate students receive, I am very conscious of ensuring a strong pedagogic rationale behind all design or structural decisions made, to guarantee that they receive the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their future careers.

 I have previous experience of website and content creation to compliment an engaging outreach programme established to inspire young students to choose Geospatial Engineering degrees at Newcastle University (GeospatialUK.org). 

I am currently working towards achieving Fellowship through the Professional Standards Framework.
