Background
I'm the Academic Practice manager based in the Learning, Teaching and Development Service (LTDS). The team are responsible for delivering materials, workshops and schemes that support colleagues both Academic and Professional Services in gaining fellowship recognition with Advance HE for the teaching and support of learning they undertake.
The team also work closely with individuals and teams to support their applications for National Teaching Fellowships (NTFS) and Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE)
