ARTIN 62 at Newcastle University

On 12 & 13 September 2024, the 62nd ARTIN (Algebra and Representation Theory in the North) was held at Newcastle University.
ARTIN is a long-running workshop series dedicated to meetings with a focus on representation theory. The core universities belonging to ARTIN are the Universities of Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heriot-Watt, Lancaster, Leicester, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Sheffield and York. ARTIN meetings are sponsored by the London Mathematical Society, the Glasgow Mathematical Journal Trust and by the Isaac Newton Institute.
This year, speakers included Gwyn Bellamy (University of Glasgow); Kieran Calvert (Lancaster University); Iva Halacheva (Northeastern University, Boston); Simon Lentner (Universitat Hamburg); Vanessa Miemietz (University of East Anglia); Tomasz Przezdziecki (University of Edinburgh); and Catharina Stroppel (Universitat Bonn).
The meeting was organised by Martina Balagovic, Thorsten Heidersdorf and Stefan Kolb.
