Holly Middleton-Spencer IWD Award
Holly Middleton-Spencer has won the annual School of Maths, Stats and Physics Internation Women's Day 2021 Award.
As part of the competition set for undergraduates and postgraduates, students were invited to submit a poster or an essay on any topic related to gender issues.
Holly's entry, titled Enheduanna, and written about the high-priestess and poet of the same name, won the award which was assessed on creativity, practicality, and the overall presentation of the essays and posters.
Holly wins a book shop voucher and her name is recorded in our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Awards and Achievements webpage as this years winner.
