Ashley Wilkins
Ashley’s research interest is looking into how the Non-Perturbative Renormalisation Group can be applied to stochastic processes.
Project Title
'Functional Renormalisation Group for Brownian Motion'
About
My background is in Mathematical Physics which I studied at the University of Nottingham for my undergrad with particular emphasis on Gravity, Cosmology and Quantum Field Theory.
My interests in the past have also included Quantum Information, which is the area my first paper was written in. For my full publications please see my research gate profile.
I am currently looking at how the Non-Perturbative Renormalisation Group can be applied to stochastic processes. This has implications for both molecular simulations of mesoscale physics and for stochastic inflation in the early universe
