Postgraduate

Our School has a vibrant and rapidly increasing postgraduate community.

We offer both taught and research-based postgraduate degree programmes in a range of subjects. We also work on the development and delivery of the Faculty’s MRes module on Surgical Anatomy.

Options for postgraduate study

Research degrees

We offer PhD, MD and MPhil supervision in all areas of medical education. There are regular seminars and workshops.

Medical Education Programme

Our flexible postgraduate degree will develop your skills. It will also improve your knowledge on effective clinical education.

Physician Associate Studies

Our exciting 24-month programme offers you the opportunity to train as a Physician Associate.

International students

We welcome international students. Applicants who do not have English as a first language must provide evidence of their ability in English (minimum IELTS score 7 in all domains).

The University can offer language training if necessary. The Faculty of Medical Sciences Graduate School provides training in key skills and research techniques.
