Summer Schools are a great way to:

• deepen your understanding of your current academic subject, improve your language learning, or try something completely new
• make international connections and friends from all over the world
• gain a global perspective
• develop your understanding of another culture
• discover a new country and live like a local

What to expect

Summer Schools vary in length. Some run for just a week and others for 6-8 weeks or more.

They are structured in a similar way to your current academic schedule and include a combination of timetabled lessons, practical sessions and group work. They also usually include additional social and cultural activities to help you get to know the city, people and culture of your host country.
