Staff profiles

I work within Newcastle Clinical Trials Unit as a Trials Manager for almost 5 years. I have worked in research for 12 years through a variety of roles which include working onsite and within R&D across a range of specialities; Cancer, Haematology, Mitochondrial Disease.

Within my current role I have worked on numerous trials with specialities including mental health, surgery, mitochondrial disease and rare paediatric disease. I work to aid in trial setup, recruitment, follow up, closure, archiving and publication and reports.

I am part of several published pieces of work and continue to work with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
