Aim: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of an animal free ex vivo expanded autologous LSC transplantation for the treatment of unilateral total LSCD.

- Reversal of LSCD by impression cytology
- Ocular surface reconstruction
- Improvement in patient’s reported ocular surface pain
