Albert Boaitey is a Lecturer in Global Agri-Food Supply Chains. He holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Alberta, Canada. Albert has previously worked as Assistant Professor in Agricultural Economics (University of Wisconsin - River Falls), Teaching Fellow (University of Alberta) and Professional Research Associate (University of Saskatchewan). His research focuses on understanding stakeholder incentives in the uptake of sustainable innovations in livestock supply chains, consumer decision-making pertaining to ethical food attributes and the design of emerging carbon offset schemes in food supply chains.
