Staff Profile

As the Events and Communications Administrator in the School of Natural and Environmental Sciences, I support the Operations Coordinator for Events and Communications and the wider Operations team in the planning and execution of events within the school. I produce a weekly newsletter of news and events and I am responsible for overseeing the SNES social media accounts.

I began my Newcastle University career in the School of History, Classics and Archaeology, where I was part of the Education team as the Classics Learning and Teaching Assistant. Prior to my role at Newcastle University I was employed at BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art as a Gallery Assistant. I have a BA honours degree in Illustration (First Class) from Newcastle College and I am a practicing artist, with a particular interest in fashion illustration and surface pattern.
