Looking after your Wellbeing

What is wellbeing and good mental health? How can you be resilient? Join us for the next On Course to PASS event where you can:

  • Discover top tips on managing your wellbeing, coping with exam stress, and developing strategies to build resilience.
  • Hear from Newcastle University's Student Health & Wellbeing Team as they run through our fantastic support services, available to you as a student.
  • Learn about the additional support available for students with disabilities, specific learning difficulties, mental & physical health conditions.
