Practicing Reflection
Reflection is a central component of both studying and professional practice in the museum, gallery and heritage sector.
In 2021-22 students from across the Museum, Heritage and Gallery Studies programmes participated in a year-long co-deign which resulted in the creation of the ‘Practising Reflection’ workbook and poster for students and early career cultural practitioners.
The workbook and poster were developed and designed in three intensive co-design workshops by students and three academic facilitators:
- Areti Galani
- Gayle Meikle
- Hannah Marsden
The workbook and poster contain tools and prompts to support reflection in different situations.
