Background

Roles and Responsibilities:


I am the Learning and Teaching Assistant for the undergraduate programmes in Music. I joined the School of Arts and Cultures team in September 2023.


My main administrative responsibilities include processing all assessment marks and feedback, preparing for the Board of Studies/Board of Examiners, processing PEC applications, monitoring student progress, and helping with general enquiries from staff and students.


Background and Qualifications:


I graduated from Newcastle University in July 2023, with a first-class BA Hons degree in Sociology. During my time at university, I took on various Peer Mentor, EDI, and Staff-Student Committee roles, and was directly involved with the Students' Union acting as Secretary for the Feminist Society and the Disability, Mental Health and Neurodiversity Society.
