An opportunity to spend a day on campus and discover different Humanities and Social Sciences subjects.
Business Discover Day
This event will be a chance for your Year 12 students to learn more about university life and take part in taster sessions for a variety of subjects.
The day will run from 09.45-15.15 on Thursday 8 May at our main city centre campus.
Students will have the chance to attend taster sessions delivered by our academics, including Business Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, and Economics.
In addition, there will be a Student Life talk, and a campus tour led by Student Ambassadors.
If you would like to attend, please register your interest below by 16 April. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and we will be in touch to confirm places shortly after the closing date.
Please note that this is a schools event and students should attend in a group with teachers.
Modern Languages Discover Day
On Tuesday 20 May, Newcastle University's School of Modern Languages will host a Discover Day for Year 12 students.
This will be a chance for students to learn more about university life and take part in taster sessions for a variety of languages.
The day will run 10:00-15:00 at our main city centre campus.
Students will have the chance to attend two taster sessions of their choice delivered by our School of Modern Languages academics.

Classics and Archaeology Discover Day
On Friday 23 May, Newcastle University will be hosting a Classics and Archaeology Discover Day for Year 12 students currently studying History or Classics at A Level.
This will be a chance for students to get a taste of life at university by taking part in taster sessions a student life talk and a tour of the campus.
The day will run at our main city centre campus.
Students will have the chance to attend two taster sessions 'Alexander the Great in Egypt and Persia' and 'Mobile Monuments: Roman Coins as Historical Sources'
