Acculturation stress amongst international students of underrepresented groups in the UK
In a multicultural society, there are many different sub-cultural groups coexisting alongside the main group. In which, some sub-groups are more dominant than others. As such, issues related to social equality may arise, and people of non-dominant sub-groups may face difficulties in integrating with other groups, especially for international students, whose stay in the host country is relatively short. This research aims to investigate the challenges that international students of a non-dominant sub-group, namely Vietnamese.
