Come and join one of the many events during your first few weeks. They will help you get familiar with the university and enable you to meet new people.

International Welcome Information Fair
The information fair will be:
- in the Stephenson Building

Refreshments will be provided. You'll be able to chat with other new students over a tea or coffee.
Events
Campus and City Tours
Our Students' Union will be offering several FREE tours of the city and campus. These will run throughout International Welcome and the first week of term. Why not join one and explore what the university and city have to offer?
The schedule of campus and city will be available in January 2025.
Events and Activities
The Give it a Go programme at the Students' Union is a great way to join activities and meet other students. From lunctime crafting sessions to day trips outside of Newcastle, there are many activities to choose from!

Clubs and Societies Fair
The Clubs and Societies Fair is a great way to explore all the ways you can get involved at Newcastle! The fair will be on Tuesday 28 January 2025 from 09:00-16:00 in Venue in the Student's Union.
From 09:00-10:00 there will be a quiet hour at the fair for those who may prefer to visit during that time.
