What is a Student Protection Plan?
A Student Protection Plan sets out any identified risks that might prevent the University from providing you with the teaching or research provision you expect to receive. It:
- assesses the likelihood of each risk occurring
- sets out the measures the University has put in place to mitigate against any potential implications to you if these risks do occur
The Student Protection Plan also explains how you can expect to be informed of any:
- immediate risks that may affect the continuation of your studies
- actions the University would take to protect you
You can read the full Student Protection Plan (PDF: 609KB), which includes a comprehensive list of identified risks and mitigating actions.
Further information can also be found on the Office for Students website.
