About the Centre for In Vivo Imaging
The Centre for In Vivo Imaging (CIVI) develops novel imaging technologies and applies them to basic science and clinical research. We have two 3T clinical MRI scanners, a 3T clinical PET-MR scanner, a PET tracer production unit, and preclinical MRI, CT and optical imaging capabilities. We have an interdisciplinary team of research scientists, radiographers, clinicians and study administrators. We work collaboratively on bioscience and clinical research projects to deliver quantitative, non-invasive, repeatable measurements of anatomy, function and metabolism to address important questions of human health.
Stage
We encourage researchers to contact us at an early stage to discuss how imaging can support a project, to get imaging input into study design, and to allow incorporation of imaging-specific information into funding applications and study ethical approvals.
We support stages D1-D3 and T1-T2 of the translational pathway.
