Upcoming events: Medicine and Dentistry Application Support Sessions 2024
Event dates: April - July. Audience: applicants for 2025 entry. Online support sessions for students interested in applying to Medicine or Dentistry.

We offer three pre-application sessions:
- a talk on Applying to Medicine and Dentistry covering the process and admissions requirements
- a personal statements session offering guidance on content, starting points and top tips
- our UCAT Preparation Workshop which guides you on booking your test, understanding its sections and gives you an opportunity to try out some practice questions
There will be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have at the end of each session.
Please note these sessions do give information that is specific to Newcastle University. Some of the content may be useful when applying to any Medical School.

Further opportunities
We also offer an interview preparation workshop. We aim this at students who have already applied to medicine and are preparing for an interview. We will discuss the different types of interviews and how to prepare. We will also look at some example answers from some of our current students.
