Rooms and prices
Manor Bank offers en suite rooms in two different sizes - en suite and premium en suite. Each flat has a communal open-plan lounge/kitchen and rooms include a 3/4 sized bed (small double), study desk and chair, storage and an en suite shower room.
You'll benefit from bike storage, secure access, onsite laundrette, large common room with a pool table and private courtyards. All utility bills are included, WiFi is free and they also provide personal possessions insurance via Endsleigh insurance.
Your safety is a top priority and the onsite security team are available to provide 24/7 assistance for your peace of mind.
En suite
En suite rooms are available in four to six-bedroom flats. For September 2024-25 applicants, there will be 276 rooms of this type available.
Weekly Rate: £142.00
Annual Rate: £5,680.00
Contract Length: Fixed term period of 40 weeks and covers the duration of the academic year. Rents are charged per night. If your contract differs to the fixed term period (ie earlier arrival), you will incur additional accommodation charges.
Holding fee and guarantor: You'll need to pay a £250.00 advanced rent payment when accepting your accommodation. This will be deducted from your first rent payment. Additionally, you'll need to provide a guarantor. A guarantor is someone, usually a parent or a guardian, who agrees to pay your rent if you miss a payment.

Premium en suite
Premium rooms available offer a mix of refurbished rooms, some with more floor space and others with panoramic views of the city. For September 2024-25 applicants, there will be 217 rooms of this type available.
