Rooms and prices
Verde offers top of the range en suite rooms. Each flat has a communal open-plan lounge/kitchen and rooms include a 3/4 sized bed (small double), study desk and chair, storage and an en suite shower room.
You'll benefit from a bike storage, CCTV/entry phone, onsite gym, laundrette, large common room, study room, games room and cinema room. All utility bills are included, WiFi is free and they also provide personal possessions insurance via Endsleigh insurance.
Your safety is a top priority and the onsite security team are available to provide 24/7 assistance for your peace of mind.

Verde offers top of the range en suite rooms. For September 2024-25 applicants, there will be 132 rooms of this type available.
Weekly Rate: £165.00
Annual Rate: £7,260.00
Contract Length: Fixed term period of 44 weeks and covers the duration of the academic year. Rents are charged per night. If your contract differs to the fixed term period (ie earlier arrival), you will incur additional accommodation charges.
Holding fee and guarantor: You'll need to pay a £100.00 fee to secure your accommodation, which will be deducted from your first rent payment. Additionally, you'll need to provide a guarantor. A guarantor is someone, usually a parent or a guardian, who agrees to pay your rent if you miss a payment.
