The members of LWO are committed to using an interdisciplinary approach. We do this to best understand the management of major strategic, international business and societal issues.
Our aim is to produce high quality, innovative and theoretically informed research. This research contributes to global debates about the changing experience and management of work, employment and organisational environments.
Our research
Our two research communities are Human Resource Management, Work and Employment; and Strategy, International Business and Society. Both are committed to understanding and influencing discussion and change within organisations and their environments.
