#WelcomeHyem Photography Competition 2024

Here in the North East, we have an old Geordie saying “Welcome Hyem”, meaning “welcome home”. Whether you are joining us in Newcastle for the first time or you’re returning to campus, we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you.

To celebrate the start of the new academic year, we are running a photography competition and inviting students to take photos of places across the school and city.

The competition – entitled ‘Welcome Hyem’ – will run from Tuesday 17 September to Friday 27 September 2024.

Prizes will be awarded for the most creative photos.
