Business School Captured Programme partner with the Millin Charity
The Captured team are delighted to announce a new partnership with the Millin Charity to deliver a tailored version of the Captured programme called Your Enterprise to a cohort of female only small business owners from the North East.

The Millin Charity works with women who are typically defined as hard to reach, who face multiple disadvantages due to lack of local opportunity, language barriers, limited skills and education, cycles of ongoing poverty, racial discrimination and lack of self-belief.
Through engaging with The Millin Charity, women gain the confidence and skills to not only achieve their goals but to improve their well-being, their connections and their opportunities.
Since its launch in January 2016, Captured has worked with over 140 small and micro-businesses in the region, pairing them with experienced managers from more than 30 larger businesses. Captured works on the principle that experienced managers from larger organisations can be a valuable resource for small business owners who might otherwise struggle to find time to step back and look strategically at their business.

Captured are recruiting
Captured are recruiting for four experienced female managers for the Your Enterprise programme, but would also like to hear from you, whether male or female to take part in the regular Captured Programme, which will also be starting later in May.
Your Enterprise with the Millin Charity Workshop Dates:
Workshop 1 – Wed 5 May 2021
Workshop 2 – Wed 19 May 2021
You will work with a business owner over the two workshops, helping to discuss potential ideas for development and growth. A briefing will be arranged for you to discuss the programme in more detail and to give you an opportunity to ask any questions.
