We asked Sophie Moore, a stage 2 English Language student, what she loves about being a Student Leader:
"I have loved being a student leader because it has enabled me to interact with future students and parents; speaking to individuals from all over the world about what I love about Newcastle and English Language has given me confidence in speaking about my personal experiences. This role has also let me to help navigate young students in making important decisions about their future studies; it is comforting to know that you can be a small factor in someone’s decision about why they want to attend Newcastle – I know how important student leaders were in my decision to attend Newcastle a few years ago."
