Academics and Researchers: recommendations and trials
We welcome recommendations from colleagues for new resources in support of current education and research activity in the University. We maintain a wishlist for each School of suggestions that would represent a recurring and/or significant cost that is regularly reviewed and prioritised in discussion with Schools and Institutes.

- How do I report a missing book?
If you are looking for a book which is described as "Item in place" on Library Search but it is not on the shelf and you have checked the reshelving trolleys and bays, please notify a member of our Library team.
We will complete a form which will reserve the book for you, so that you may borrow it once it has been found. If the item cannot be found after 4 weeks, the reservation will be cancelled and you will be notified that we could not find it.
If we notify you that the book has been declared "missing", current students and staff can then request the missing items via our Inter Library Loans service (ILL).
