The Walton Library is the faculty library for Medical Sciences and is located on the 5th Floor of the Catherine Cookson Building. It serves the Schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Psychology and Biomedical Sciences as well as the Graduate School and Research Institutes of the Faculty. It is named after Lord John Walton, former Dean of Medicine at the University and renowned neurologist.

Clusters, NHS and External PCs will close 15 minutes before closing time to allow Library staff to clear and lock the Library before the Medical School entrance is locked.
