In this session, we will:

• Introduce the Library's Education Outreach team and share how we support A-Level students with their study skills ​
• Provide a demo of our bespoke A-Level study skills website
• Share examples of effective practice for using our study skills resources within your educational setting, from your students' first day through to completing their A-Levels
• Encourage discussion and provide a space to reflect on your A-Level study skills provision

Suitable for: School/college staff who work with A-Level students

Duration: Typically 60-90 minutes (flexible)

Location: On campus, in school*, or online via Teams/Zoom

Availability: All year (subject to staff availability)

• Introduce the Library's Education Outreach team and share our Archives Alive offer for schools and colleges
• Showcase rare items from the University's Archives and Special Collections, with the opportunity to handle these items if delivered on campus
• Share examples of effective practice for using archives in your classroom
• Provide you with resources to use in your educational setting

Suitable for: Teachers, any key stage

Subject(s): Any subject, well-suited to History and English

Duration: To be determined between the school and Education Outreach

Location: On campus, in school*, or online via Teams/Zoom

Availability: All year (subject to staff availability)
