Engagement and Partners
Our staff offer engagement expertise in fundraising and networking in healthcare education.
Engagement
Our approach to engagement includes activities such as:
- outreach
- public and patient engagement in the region
- collaboration with colleagues in NHS
- participation and leadership in national activities
- dissemination of good practice
Teaching and staff development
Engagement occurs as part of our teaching and staff development activities. This includes through roleplaynorth communication skills and our research activities.
Our staff can help you reach the right target audience to disseminate your good practice in the field of teaching and learning. They can help you access networks enabling you to learn from others and stay on top of key issues challenging the health education sector.
Further information
If you want to collaborate or volunteer for the database of expert patients, please get in touch. You could also reach out to us if you have an idea, or wish to talk about options.
Partnerships
The successful delivery of our programmes is dependent on many factors. One of the most important factors is our relationship with the NHS, in both Primary and Secondary Care.
We work alongside General Medical Council, Health Education England (North East) and Medical Schools Council.
These relationships ensure our graduates are able to undertake the many challenges an F1 doctor faces. Our Malaysia campus presents us with opportunities to foster new partnerships and relationships.
