Teaching Rationale And Relationship

Lectures and lecture materials define the scope of the course and communicate basic knowledge as the basis for further study. Practical sessions frame underpinning knowledge within a relevant context enabling the student to develop their understanding of the subject and its relevance to nutrition and exercise. The workshops provide an opportunity for development of skills relating to data analysis and academic lab report writing. Independent study is used for self-directed learning.

Students’ progression in learning will be monitored via the use of online tasks/quizzes. This will aid students' exam preparation.

The formative Digital Exam will aid preparation for the Summative exam.
