Outline Of Syllabus

After an initial lecture, the primary means of delivery for this module will be a series of site visits to ongoing or recently completed projects that are used to unpack critical heritage management issues.
Most of these will be in the north east of England but we will aim to go further afield for one visit.
Necessarily these visits will vary over time but an initial list might comprise: Edinburgh, Sunderland
HAZ, Dunelm House, Apollo Pavilion, Bigg Market, Ouseburn, Byker. These visits will be
supplemented by occasional synoptic seminars.
Assessment 2 will require return visits to the site chosen as the focus for this report.
