In Vivo Imaging System (IVIS)
Real-time in vivo imaging
Wellcome Trust-funded, this 3D optical imaging system enables non-invasive, real-time monitoring of disease progression, cell trafficking, and gene expression. IVIS software facilitates seamless switching between fluorescence and bioluminescence modes. The IVIS is equipped with a wide field of view for high throughput (up to 5 mice) and a topographic laser scanner for 3D imaging, it features 10 narrow band excitation filters (30nm bandwidth) and 18 narrow band emission filters (20nm bandwidth) for spectral unmixing.
