Project description

Meltem’s research interests revolve around health and well-being related consumption behaviours. Her PhD work centres around food decision-making. She is particularly interested in understanding the impact of subjective time experiences on food consumption choices and food well-being.

Prior to starting her PhD, Meltem completed a BSc in Marketing and Management at University of East Anglia and an MSc in Social Research Methods at University College London. Meltem has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
