NUMed offers undergraduate degrees in medicine and biomedical sciences as well as foundation and postgraduate programmes.
Although the NUMed campus is in Malaysia, the curricula mirror those offered at the parent campus in the UK. Consequently, students of the university’s Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and BSc (Honours) Biomedical Science (BMS) programmes at NUMed will obtain the same degree as their peers in the UK upon graduation.

NUMed’s BMS programme, on the other hand, follows a 2 + 1 format. This allows students to complete their initial two academic years locally before heading to the UK campus for their final year, thus giving them the opportunity to get a taste of two worlds while gaining a broad global perspective.
