Whichever accommodation option you choose, you should book early. Rooms are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Pricing for AY 2026/2027
In keeping with other high-quality student self-catering accommodation in Malaysia, we have provided indicative pricing for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Payment terms:
Foundation May intake
Students who register for the full academic year (which starts in May) are offered two instalment options:
- Payment in full: pay your accommodation fee liability in full on or before the check in date to receive a 2% early payment discount (terms and conditions apply)
- Payment in two instalments: 50% of the accommodation fee balance paid on or before the check in date and 50% paid by 31st October
Undergraduate and Foundation September intake
Students who register for the full academic year (which starts in September) are offered two instalment options:

Please note that the annual rate for Year 1 undergraduate degree students is based on 39 weeks for Malaysian students and 40 weeks for international students.

Note:
- For first-year undergraduate international students, room charges are based on 40 weeks to accommodate the health screening requirement set by the admissions office.
- The cost of utilities and specified services that is electricity, water and internet access is included within the rent but capped to a combined total of RM500.00 per month. Where the cost of usage is more than this amount, the amount shall be divided equally between the occupants.
