I joined NUMed in 2011 and was part of the pioneer batch of clinical academic staff.
Earlier in my career, I had served the MoH hospitals and had been the Head of the Emergency Department before leaving for the private sector. I have also taught at various medical schools in Malaysia, participating in delivery of different curricula, various methods of teaching and learning and conducting a variety of exams.
My interests include Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Dermatology and Medical Education. I have also served as Vice Dean of Medical Education and head of Family Medicine at another medical school.
I am happiest when among students and constantly endeavour to make their learning experience better.
