Background

Introduction

Hassan's current role is as Security Manager. Besides this, he is also involved with the Student Accommodation Team and a member of Safety Committee. Hassan has been engaged as an employee of Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia since 2011.


CURRENT ROLE

  • Directing and co-coordinating overall activities of the department to achieve maximum efficiency and safety measures as required by the organisation.
  • Enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulations laid down by the organisation
  • To ensure maximum security and safety measures are provided toward the staff, students, visitors and contractors within the campus and Student Accommodation at Horizon Residences
  • planning and organising periodical departmental training for staff in the areas of courtesy, efficiency, and job knowledge
  • Responding to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.


EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
  • Establish good partnership relations and coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
