The research activities were towards histological changes in the main organs in the body system using light microscope.
In addition to that, she was involved in cardiovascular research project looking on the changes in intimal layers of aorta in atherogenic rats using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was back in 2010, working with research team from Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
The research work continued with a model of postpartum depression (PPD) in rats, in which that the investigation included the behavioural test analysis, biochemical and histological findings in the tissues of hippocampus and prefrontal cortex. The research was conducted in Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
She has been involved as well in Basic first aid research project when she was an academician in UPSI. It was the study regarding on knowledge, attitude and practice of Basic First Aid among student's teachers in the university.
