My Role


As the People Services Executive at NUMed Malaysia, I am responsible for supporting a wide range of human resource functions to ensure the effective delivery of people-related services across the Institution.


My role encompasses end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, and coordination of compliance matters, mainly for academic clinical staff, including medical registration, indemnity, and credentialing processes as well as working closely with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies. Through these responsibilities, I contribute to maintaining a professional, efficient and compliant HR environment that aligns with NUMed Malaysia’s strategic objectives.
