Whichever accommodation option you choose, you should book early. Rooms are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Two types of bedroom are available:

  • single bedroom
  • sharing bedroom

Pricing for AY 2025/2026

In keeping with other high-quality student self-catering accommodation in Malaysia, we have provided indicative pricing for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Please note that the annual rate for Year 1 undergraduate degree students is based on 40 weeks for international students and 39 weeks for Malaysian students.

  • For first-year undergraduate international students, room charges are based on 40 weeks to accommodate the health screening requirement set by the admissions office.
  • The rent covers utilities, including electricity, water, and internet access.
