Aims

This module builds upon and develops ideas introduced in the BUS2019 module "Understanding Work and Organisations". The module aims to present a framework for critical thinking about organisational behaviour and practice.It introduces students to the latest research in Critical Organisation Studies. The module seeks to explore the principle debates within the field, and their consequences for empirical research. It helps students to develop critical reflection as they progress through the module.
