Aims
To develop skills in good record keeping of placement activities
To develop skills in planning activities and in organising schedule to complete planned activities
To reflect on learning progress
Outline Of Syllabus
Activities recorded whilst on placement will feed directly into the Skills and Knowledge Acquired Report for the MEng Industry.
The log book will also record induction and training activities provided by the employer.

Teaching Rationale And Relationship
The purpose of recording activities using NU Reflect is to keep an accurate diary of activities completed and planned activities on at least a bi-weekly basis.
As the students are away from the University guided independent learning is used for this activity. The module leader is available for consultation about this assessment.
